Join us for Care Home Open Week 2024 in Peterborough

We are throwing open our doors and inviting the community in to share what we do here at Athena Care Homes as we mark Care Home Open Week.

The national event, which runs from Monday 24th June to Sunday 30th June 2024, is designed to showcase the amazing experiences and care available in Care Homes up and down the country.

Here’s what we have planned across the Athena Care Homes group:

Ashlynn Grange Care Home in Peterborough

Gardening club on all communities

Tea Party and Teddy bears picnic with the Mayor

Wednesday 26^th June

Intergenerational games on the Milton Lodge Cafe

We’ll be welcoming Ade Gardener from the Alzheimer’s Society at the Dementia Resource Centre. He will be speaking on Harvester.

Car boot sale
£5 per pitch – sellers can arrive from 10.00am
We’ll also Ice Cream van, garden games, bouncy castle, glitter tattoos and assorted stall holders.
